Appointment Deposits
Where an appointment deposit is collected, that deposit may be credited toward your final transaction or refunded in full at the time of your in-person appointment, at your request. Deposits are not charged as a fee for service unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.
Shop Purchases
Because items sold through the Site are one-of-a-kind, all shop sales are final once payment is completed, except where the item received materially differs from its description or is found to be defective. If you believe this is the case, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@danymiamijewelry.com with your order details and photos of the item.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
