Evaluations & Appointments

Any pricing, valuation, or offer communicated through the Site, contact form, or prior to an in-person evaluation is preliminary and non-binding. Final offers are determined only after in-person inspection of the item(s) at our location.

Purchases

Items listed on the Site are one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated, and availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if an item becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Deposits

Where offered, appointment deposits are subject to the terms stated at the time of booking and our Refund Policy.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the accuracy of item descriptions, images, or pricing estimates.

Limitation of Liability
